It's time to share with you - as we are ever aware of the confussing information given to the public on a daily basis. Here are some truths you should know:
Booking international air travel - call us, we will save you 20% - 65% depending on class of travel and your flexibility. Don't fall for the "orbitz" or "travelocity" specials, you will be adding hours to your travel times, layovers that may incude 10 or more hours. Of course if your time isn't of value, then yes jump on that special the mega site is offering and enjoy spending time at international airports, they at least all have bars!
Hotels - call us for all your hotel stays, you have options that you might not know about, the traditional booking, cancel one day before arrival, room selection and basic booking. Or, let our experts find you an upscale unique themed property that offers comparatable rates and over the top service. Why stay in the large business hotel when you can experience a "John Lennon Suite" or "Libary Room" or maybe the "Liza Suite", options are unlimited and valued priced, often includes such nice little touches that the big guys can't offer. How to get the best value or price; this is a long standing challenge, we offer the following programs:
*1 - prepaid non-refundable, cheap cover your ass and insure it, cheap but works
*2 - prepaid, refundable, limited room choices, but cost savings, refunds up to 72hrs
*3 - planned within a special offer from the property, cancel with 48 hrs
*4 - we book with your loyalty programs and pull the upgrades and comps for you
*5 - book suites, penthouses at discounted package prices, not vip offers, but value
*6 - suites, penthouse at regular rates, get the freebies - limos, butlers, VIP desk
*7 - package when possible with air, offers can save you 30% - 55% on average
Package Travels, ie: Las Vegas; we offer the best rates, yes you can match our rates or even beat them on Travelocity, but they won't be the same package! I have been shopped 100's of times by people on the phone, who are on line at the same time, often they say "Travelocity has this package $5 cheaper" - I say, book it - my flights are direct, rooms are deluxe and you get me as your agent of record should you have any issues with the property or airline. What is the name of your travelocity agent? Possibly, "don't give a shit at your service"; most likely!
Traveling in Europe, only book with us, the property ratings, offerings are not the same as the U.S. market and can be a big let down when you arrive to find you bathroom is down the hall, or your facilities offered in room exsist of a sink with running water, but no commode or shower. Breakfast can vary from cold cereal to some of the best breakfast buffets I have ever enjoyed! Let me tell you, with the high costs associated with European travel, the breakfast buffet gets your day off to a wonderful cost savings and healthy start! It makes everything great! We offer over 20,000 properties, with maps to the train stations, tranportation offers, including shared, private and private with English speaking drivers! It's all about your budget and desires - we cover them all.
Cruising: don't be fooled by the $198.00 cruise ads - because they are true! But are they what you are looking for in a cruise, for some yes; for others no! You need to have an agent that knows the products, your likes and dislikes and especialy the cabin config of these ships. To the novice this may look like a great deal, to an expert it is only a leader price with a lot of add ons. First, there is the taxes, port charges, tips, coffee, sodas, bar beverages and so on. Second, the cruise may only be 2 days and the departure point is accross the US, is that worth the day of flight time and the hassels of the airlines? I think not. Other cruising facts: are luxury, ultra luxury or deluxe (new) really more expensive then the standard luxury or mega ship cruises? Not if you look at the entire package - call us and let us explain how the new and fastest growing "country club casual cruising" is the best value at sea, with the best foods and mostly all inclusive fares with free air! Put the numbers to the test or call us and we will book you today!
What's hot in 2009! Us, we are your link to the world, we have your next vacation planned and are ready to book you today, often our specials are without strings or hidden costs.
What you should know about our fees: Most of our bookings don't include a booking fee, but in the interest of keeping our business serving you and our new clients we must cover our expenses. Here is the fee schedule or costs, most fees are credited to your vacation package.
Air fare fees are charges to all clients for all air rates are $34 for domestic / $59for multi stop domestic / $109.00 for international published fares. These fees are per PNR not per passenger, so if two of you are traveling together the fee is the same, if we ticket you seperately then the fee applies to each issue.
Cruise costing, no up front fee or deposits other then the cruise line needs
Package, $50 / $495 depending on complexity, once booked fee is applied to package
Planning, $35 per hour / full or partial / retainer required for charters, yachts, castles, private jet vacations $7000.00 up front all applied to supplier or package unless we are booking private vehicles owned by individuals, then time charges apply based on our hourly rate - balance of retainer returned to clients.
In review, we are a fee base agency for air, but for basic vacation planning and booking we don't have fees, we charge a deposit to ensure our work is of value to you and you secure your booking with us after we have done the research and found the perfect supplier for your next vacation. Too often people call a travel agency ask about travel, get the names of the suppliers, rates and room types - only to call and book on their own, now how is that saving them money? It isn't, it is stealing from a hard working agent that has your best interest at hand, it is puting yourself at risk, not knowing what you are doing, thinking you are saving money, of course you aren't the cost is the same to you, but you have no advocate on your side, no one to step up and get you a refund if justified, no one to help you when the country you are in has a major airline strike or transit strike. No one to help you when you need money in a foriegn country or need your imediate family to be notified you have been in an acident. Don't travel alone, don't travel without an advocate! Don't book without a travel agent or your traveling alone!
Happy Travels! Let's book it now!
